Some guys I know have been building these out of old snowmobiles. I'd like one for ice fishing, but I need another project like........

These are pretty cool. I was gonna post the same idea. My buddy want to build one for ice fishing.

Back when I was a teenager in the 60's. I was at a snowmobile race during the winter. Someone showed up with a twin track machine that was one of a kind. The tracks were made from old agri tires with the beads cut out and stretched over a couple of tires on rims on each side. It was V/8 powered and was steered by braking one side or the other. It had headers straight up in the air and very loud. I'll never forget that one of a kind machine from my past.
