Toy box layout

The building permit was closed May 8. My brother in law had 11 steel skids 40" x 96". Adding 1/2" reclaimed plywood to the bases made stacking tractors possible.

Tomorrow should see all of the skids loaded across the back wall.

Congrats on closing the permit for the "Toy Box" ! :smash:
That certainly looks like efficient storage for a tractor collection

Loading up the back wall today.

Lots of blanks to fill in. Starting to see grass in the back yard again.

I am seriously envious of your "wall of tractors" - You are well on your way to a Colt/Case/Ingersoll Museum :))
All you need is the gift shop on the way out :highfive:

Yard clean up keeps getting slowed down by making new projects. For instance, diverting items destined for scrap into useful items. A prime example is finding two pieces of H beam and seeing them as base for outdoor storage rack.

The the racking was also destined for scrap is it had been hacked up by a previous owner. The beams and racking were left over from a rushed plant clean up. They were brought home until there was enough volume to send to shred.

Now it is part of an outdoor rack system.

The derelict wheelbarrow should have been thrown away. But I had some scrap plywood and went down a rabbit hole.

the finished product seems to be more functional than a standard wheelbarrow.

Another project checked off today. Approximately 90 feet of 7 wire thermostat control wire ran from man door to the fresh air exchanger, A double pole on-off-on switch controls the high and low fan speed and opens the normally closed duct gate that are at the inlet/discharge vents at the wall.
