Happy father’s every one. I got one of those garden carts that has the tractor seat on it. They must think I’m getting old! But I must admit it will be kind of nice to have seat and pick beans instead of bending over the row!

Daughter gave me EyeSonic, probably my wife told her to buy it. She always complains when I’m trimming grass and weeds with the string trimmer and no ppe. A good idea to protect grandpa.

@Harry Those look pretty cool,

I've haven't seen a combined earmuff / safety glass combo like that before - Are they comfortable?
It always seems that I'm

with safety glasses+hearing protection+big floppy hat and it ends up being an uncomfortable tangle

That's a nice setup @Harry !

I only tried them on so I’ll have to wait until I wear them awhile to know how comfortable they are.

I hope everyone had a terrific Fathers Day. We had tacos and cowboy caviar and a few libations. I’m stuff and will pay for it later.

What is that cowboy caviar? There was no celebration here. I consider my gift the diesel engine

Learned something new today... Just googled "Cowboy Caviar" aka "Texas Caviar" - that sounds tasty - it's now on our list of things to try around here!

Interesting idea, never heard of such cart. Can the cart dump?

I believe the cart is just to sit on. The caviar my daughter makes. It has three kinds of beans onions and peppers mixed with olive oil. She usually makes one with some hot peppers for grandpa. Eat it while some tortilla chips sometimes the lime flavored. I didn’t fair to bad last night, only a little gassy.

It’s small. Can hold a few tools or supplies under the seat. Here’s a picture of one.
Might be handy working on stuff in the shop too.
@Harry cowboy caviar sounds good. When you first said it I thought it was going to be a variation of Rocky Mountain Oysters!
Seriously though I think we may have to try it!
