Way better than working up a sweat pushing it. Smarter not harder .

It’s been a week and it looks like the ducks have doubled in size. Can’t believe how fast they grow.
We already have a chicken escape artist, had to give them a roof. Be glad when there all big enough to go in the run and out of the shop!Re: Pictures: this moment
Neighbour was cutting hay last week and while driving past I noticed that all 3 Case tractors were parked somewhat together. Two 2290's and a 1070 that is in amazing shape. Think it probably has undergone a restoration, it's new to them as of this past spring.
Nice Case fleet!

Didn’t get much grass growing since the neighbor took hay off our field, but the weeds really jumped up. Figured I should mow them off.
I’m quitting for the day. Maybe finish it tomorrow.

Naturally I had to break something. The pitman arm snapped. Got the 648 is pulling toolbox / workbench duty.

Great pictures @JSinMO ! That lush green grass and the blue sky, wow. I can imagine the smell of the grass as it gets cut. Would be nice to see a video how the grass falls as the sickle mower goes.
You're really making good use of the loader.

There is just a universal wholesome appeal to those old red narrow front Farmall tractors.JSinMO wrote: ↑Sat Aug 06, 2022 8:32 pm Didn’t get much grass growing since the neighbor took hay off our field, but the weeds really jumped up. Thanks. The 648 has really come in handy around the shop. I try to give all the tractors work. It’s better to run them than let them sit. With 6 of them sometimes I have to find thing for them to do! Our Cub is the only one idle at the moment and I may be putting the belly mower on it at some point.
