I wanted the newer hydravac, under seat rear PTO and possibly the deck. I was going to offer the tractor to my parents for free with the snowblower

We lost a limb on one of the walnut trees. I put the 648 to work cleaning it up. I got a little wood out of it, I guess it’s better than wasting it.

Must've been heavy. Did you need any weight in the bucket?

No sense wasting wood. Somebody can use it. Nice looking tractor with the goodies JSinMO.

It was too heavy for me to pick up by hand, but not much weight for the tractor. I didn’t need any weight in the bucket. It was a lot nicer to be able to hold it up in the air and cut it than cutting it on the ground. Easier on the back.

Thank you. It doesn’t look nearly as nice as you 446. For now though it’s all about function and working bugs out. As for the wood I’ll add it to our wood pile. We don’t burn much, around a cord a year, but the more wood I have cut the better.

In my travels today I ran into a field of green beans being harvested, six pickers and three carts.

Tall ships came to Midland. We didn't get a chance to see them close up, the big rain came. :)
