That snow plow setup reminds me of a Jordan Spreader used in railroading. The Jordan Spreaders wing plows are hydraulically raised/lowered and extended/retracted.

So, never hearing of Jordan Spreader wing plows before, I had to look that up on Internet. Quite a thing. Invented in 1905, so I read.
