Last year we had snow and were barely getting above 0°f. It looks like we are going to have a wet and mild stretch.

I guess no white Christmas here. -3C and that’s where it stays today. Northwest wind at 20 kilometres. Mix of sun and cloud. But next week a different story.

Another January thaw in December next week. Above freezing temperatures starting tomorrow and right to next Friday. I’m guessing it's the warmest December on record.

No white Christmas here either. We’re having above average temperatures and a slow on again, off again rain for several days. Makes for some rather drab scenery, but we really need the moisture so its really a good present!

Just another blah, grey rainy day in Southern Ontario too...
doesn't help that a couple of weeks ago we let our guard down and did a "Christmas Holiday thing" complete with Santa Claus, festive lights, and crowds - full of families with rambunctious, snotty nosed kids, coughing and sneezing everywhere... and 2 days later we got our early Christmas :gift: :headbash:

We tested positive for Covid :cuss: The first few days were the worst, now it seems to be hanging on like a bad cold you just can't shake :violin:

The weather seems to add to the general mood :45: Fortunately we did all our holiday shopping before getting sick, but earlier today :wife: suggested I should go out and get a couple of Hungry Man Turkey TV dinners, just in case she didn't feel up to cooking Christmas Dinner on Monday... :124:
