We’re getting one heck of a break from winter around here. Just about 70 F here today. Can’t see any sign that it ever snowed. Supposed to stay warm till next week, then back to normal winter weather. I’ll take it! :D

The temp was in the low 50’s today. It’s melting very fast here. I’m expecting a lot of flooding here because rain is on the way. :peace: Harry

Here I thought we were doing good at temps in the high 40's F today . 50's and 70's . Might just have to move . What the price for a house on a couple of acres down there ???

:peace: Too expensive in my area. I moved here 45 years ago because there was a lot of open lots farm land and a 15 minute drive to work. Now all the lots have been sold and big two story homes on them. Still some farm land but it’s getting scarce. :peace: Harry

That’s the same around here Harry. When they dig a basement for a new house, beside the other new house, it only seems like it’s 10 feet apart. Maybe 15 feet, hard to tell when driving by. Any way, I’m sure they can watch each other washing the dishes or what ever people do for entertainment. :D

Better keep your hip waders close @Harry!
Flash floods are nothing to play with hope it doesn’t get to bad.

@DavidBarkey we still have a lot of open ground around here. Prices are up right now like everywhere. Just depends what you’re looking for!

Low 50's here for the next few days. No major snow storms here yet. Lawn barely turned white twice so far.

We’ve been lucky here too on snow. Cold and wind but only a couple of small snows. Not enough to even worry about starting up the 446!
