I think the electric fuel pump quit working which is not the first time I’ve had problems with them. If I find that to be the problem I’ll convert it back to a pulse pump. Check the pic attached, still snowing and blowing. :peace: Harry
If that's the case an easy fix would be to mount a gravity feed tank to the cab. It would at least get you going enough to get it inside if you don't want to blow snow with it setup like that.

Which electric pump have you been using? Just wondering so we can avoid that brand ;)

It's a balmy -1 here in central WI, the good news is the the howling wind has let up. The drive way is only half blown shut so it will wait. Yesterday it was full, top of the shoot deep. Just about a 50' stretch, nothing like Harry, we didn't get snow after Thursday, just a lot of drifting. Ingy launched the drift back into the wind and it was gone. :69:

I tried to start the 446 and it was just popping through the carb. I now believe the problem was the blowing snow getting the ignition system wet. :peace: Harry

Harry, you are not alone with starting issues. I dread trying to start this one.

It may not even pop back through the carb. Not only that but my artistic wife will want the drift saved till mid summer because it's pretty. Even if it starts, hand shoveling all 300 feet of drive will be easier than dealing with the beautiful snowdrift.

No pic.s but 3 hrs to clear the snow from the driveway and back to the coops . 30+ cm / 12+" , not as bad as some , but more than others . More expected over night . I hope tomorrow is clear . 2 days locked in there runs . If the bird don't get outside I swear there is going to be a mutiny out there .

You can see in the pic, a decent amount I'd say. Matthew still naps, you're right. But with all the windows closed the tractor doesn't bother him. Let me tell you, I had a blast. Clearing the snow with this tractor tiday was FUN!
