@propane1 Noel looks good . And the best part is the same idea can be used on Case/Inggies . I have learned working on many different breads of cars, trucks and small tractors that not one them is perfect and can learn and adapt something from all of them . Same goes for each other .

Looks good Dave. You can preheat your plastic in the oven before forming it.

Yes ,thats how it is done in the factories . I just used what I had as it was a one off . Google Vacuum thermoforming plastics . Can be done with many types of plastics including plexiglass and lexan .

It has a trap door and a butt flap .
Flap lifts up when you flip the seat forward to refuel .

This project is really coming along great! You’ll be so comfortable in there you won’t want to go in the house!
I like the name Tarzan.

When you said it had a butt flap I thought of the old Union Suit long underwear!

Looking good Dave. Where’s the hole in the seat and flap for the natural gas to get to the gas cap. :78:
Son got the fan working in his new to him Ford tractor. Has system in the ceiling for heat. 3 speed fan, adjustable louvers to put air where you want.
Tarzan would be a good name for the tractor Dave.
