A little mill work and they are apart. Now to clean and paint the halves . Bearings , paint , 5/8"-1/2" shoulder bushing and washer all in stock on my shelves .

Finished product, At a cost of a few $$ each , I can afford to replace the bearings every year if I want . Stock spindle bearing for mowers .
Everything was in stock in my shop . 0 $$ outlaid compared to over a $100 :canada: each these days up here .
I prefer Frugal thanks

Haha Dave, this is awesome, I was going to ask for the bearings sizes but thought I should not ask for handouts all the time, then you posted one of the sizes. :D I'll take mine apart and figure out the other size too. :spin:

Thanks, this is very nice, not to throw out the whole thing, but just replace the bearings!!! :worship:

They are both the same bearing, but the flat back needs a 5/8" - 1/2" x 1/8" collar bushing and 1/8" thick washer . Or buy a stupid expensive bearing to get the 1/2" hole and collars in the flat back pulley .
