Case 222 Garden Tractor - $400 (Neenah)

This post is for a Case 222 garden tractor. Everything seems to be working but naturally it's not perfect and will need a few adjustments. It starts, runs, charges, drives, and stops. Includes the 44" Deck as pictured.
Known issues:
The brake band needs to be adjusted a bit as the parking brake doesn't hold it (the pedal works).
The deck spindles are all free and spin however it does sound like it probably needs a few bearings.
There are no headlights installed but the wire is there.
The steering wheel has been cracked off but has two pipe clamps holding it together.
I've installed a new carburetor but there's no air filter assembly.
The installed battery is old but it's still working.
Tires all hold air but the fronts have very slow leaks, they were low after sitting the past 5 months but weren't yet flat.
