Colt Case Ingersoll Garden Tractors

Introduction, from the Mechanicville/Stillwater, NY area (approximately midway between Albany and Saratoga). I have a 30+ year old Case Ingersoll 4016 tractor. Unfortunately, the person who used to service my tractor is no longer able to, so I'm basically in need of someone in my area that's willing to work in the tractor. For now, I'm trying to do what I can myself, but my abilities are somewhat limited. Anyway, if anyone knows of someone in my area that services Case tractors, I'd appreciate your help. Also, any recommendations regarding places that offer parts for these tractors, either in my area or on-line, is also welcome. Thanks for your time.

is one of the three parts suppliers and very helpful with troubleshooting advice as well. I cannot help with your other question, sorry, but maybe another member in your area has more to say.

We are fortunate to have some great parts suppliers to help keep our tractors going but it seems that places that work on them are becoming fewer and fewer. That is what brings us together on the forums, there's lots of experience and friendly help here. Hope you enjoy your time here and join in.

Welcome aboard @JoeDNY . Most of use on the site started out with 1 Case Colt Ingersol and 1 question. It is addictive.

Many thanks for the welcome and all the help and valuable info. A rept. from the first site recommended (casegardentractorparts.com) responded right back to my e-mail, and I was able to order the parts I needed. My next mission will be to hopefully find someone to service the tractor for those inevitable issues that are beyond my expertise............which are many (lol). Anyway, thanks again.
