New guy with a 446-78
Thanks all for the approval. I have a case 446-78 that has been sitting outside of a barn for 20 years. It is mine now! It is in rough shape. It has been repowered with a B&S 18HP Vanguard. (came that way) I got a cab/push blade/ and hitch. It came with a deck but it is roached beyond salvage. I am going to make it in to a trailer moving machine. I have a 3 trailers of various lengths that I am constantly moving around in the backyard. My John deere rider doesn't like that work load. I also have some old sears models I am working on.

Welcome Aboard @houstad You have joined a good group here at CCIGT.
Pictured are a couple of home built trailers that come in handy. The first trailer is made from the front and rear axles off a Roper mower. The second trailer is made from parts gathered from various sources. Post some pictures, we like pictures.

Houstad, welcome to the group. The 446 is a terrific GT, especially with a OHV B&S engine. Plenty of power there to do more than pull a trailer. Please post some pics when you can. Harry

Howdy @houstad Welcome!
Be careful, so many of us have found they tend to multiply... It's hard to have just one Case/Ingersoll Garden Tractor

Welcome to the site. Lots of info and smart people here. And friendly. I have a 1982 Case 446 and a 1975 Case 224, which is currently in wood splitting mode.
