I'm rebuilding an emerald 1 generator engine for my 446 and it has nylon/plastic retainer/cage for the fly balls. Should I use this or change it to the metal one?

I used the the nylon out the genny engine for mine , but it had only 50 hrs on it . Bommer is the one to ask that question I would think . Nylon is know to get brittle with age . That being said , how many hours on it .?

Not sure of how many hours on the engine, more than yours but just needs a hone to freshen it up.
