My guess is coil acting up or exhaust valve getting hot and valve sticking open?

How long before it restarts. Is it hard to get going again.

If it runs just a little more if you give it choke when it starts stumbling it could be fuel delivery.

More troubleshooting needed. When it restarts, is it only when cold or right after?

This sounds similar to the trouble I had with the Onan in the 648. Ran for about twenty minutes then stumbles and dies. Mine was fuel delivery. Bowl would go dry

Any farther along with this trouble Dave. I was thinking the points plunger might be sticking when hot.
