646 loader valve o-rings

I have looked all over for the correct o-rings for my 646 loader valve, and no one seems to know which ones are correct. My loader valve was leaking, so I bought an o-ring kit, installed the ones that looked right, and now it leaks worse than ever. I am pretty sure the duro rating was too soft, too. Anyone know a part number, or source for the correct size, and duro for the o-rings? The leaks are really driving me crazy. Thanks for any help guys. ------Metalguy

Metalguy, are you referring to the loader control valve that is located under the dashboard on the right side. I've never had one apart but if you have a hydraulic shop near you, take it to them for the correct seals.

@metalguy the manual shows only one ring on the loader valve
That o-ring is part number 218-5006 which seems to be all over the place, including on

Are you maybe talking about different o-rings?

Can you determine where the oil is leaking from? Every connection has an O-ring and even the spools have O-rings.

@metalguy You probably had the correct dimensions on you first o-ring. The problem with kits is that the durometer if the rubber is to soft. Purchasing o-rings from a hydraulic rebuilder will save a lot of headaches and time.
A customer with a 5' X 20 microwave glue curing press kept blowing o-rings on his pilot valves. I took the dimensions of the seats to a rebuilder. He gave me a set that has lasted 4 years now. The kit o-rings were lasting about a week.

If it is anything like any of the TCV I have done it will be a metric size . As far as I can figure out the hydraulic components were made be a company with factories in Europe .

I meant the o-rings for the spools in the valve. Sorry if I wasn't very clear. The size I used may well have been the right size, but they lasted all of about an hour before it was leaking. ------Metalguy

Guys, I found them, and ordered from Messicks. I found the manuals here, and found updated versions of the exact o-rings. Thanks for all who responded, and tried to help me, I appreciate it! ------Metalguy

Can you please share the manual page or the model numbers? I got a 644 that I'm sure to face the same problem as you.
