This is an early tractor with a manual deck lift and will not have an easy clutch. The only big catch in the box might be the muffler if it isn't rusted out.

@Harry If you were to mount a welder generator inplace of the k321 and change the hydralic motor to an electric motor you would have a hybrid mobile welder . A rack on the back could hold all your whips and stuff .

While trying to bring my 446 up to a good condition, I realize how many parts are worn to the extreme. IMO looks like it will need a lot of money. But if you have a stash of good parts it will definitely be a project for sure.
