New to me 3016 PS.

Post by Jancoe »

Went for a drive yesterday. 4.5hr round trip. Picked myself up a power steering model. I always wanted a low pro power steering for grass duty. Never in all my case ingersoll tractors did I ever purchase a 200 or 3000 series. It will need my once over, but the gentleman I purchased from is downsizing his fleet of case ingersolls. Thos tractor came to him as a basket case with a broken rod. He rebuilt the engine and did a few things to it, like repaced a few hoses, paint, oil changes. It definitely needs some travel control linkage work. It also came with glass headlights. He never used the deck. It's a 44" and needs work. I'll probably never use that. It will get one of my 48" decks on it. It will be the family tractor. My plan is to have my kids learn how to operate on this one and hopefully want to cut the grass for me!!!! Congratulations @Jancoe it sure looks clean. Careful what you wish for, the kids might like it so much you’ll never get seat time!

 Nice addition to your family. I have also been thinking about a lo-pro. I had seen it and a couple of others the seller had listed at very fair prices. Maybe a good thing the lake makes it a long ride for me, and :wife: would have something to say.
