I could use one of those . I used it when gas gas are full making it easier for grandpa. After half full no problem to lift and hold the can to fill. Similar to this one which has worked great for me.

I have a fuel guage on Frankie , not out of convenience , but rather necessity . He has a remote filler neck and no way to see in the tank because of the cab .
