My membership is pending approval on account of reports that I don't always buy the absolutely cheapest things and am occasionally, though very rarely, fooled by delusions of "quality"

I assume you had to pull a gas dryer out of the way to work on the washer?? I see what looks like a uncapped gas line and got very nervous,. If that gas line is not being used, PLEASE go to the hardware store and get a proper cap for the end of that fitting Things could get real ugly if the valve gets bumped to the open position Don't be a cheapskate on thisJancoe wrote: ↑Wed Dec 07, 2022 8:49 pm Pulled out my members card the other day when the wash machine started acting up and could no longer operate correctly. Just changed out this $10 plastic splined hub for the drum and back in business. I'm so proud of myself that I bought a bunch of parts to put my 4016ps back together. Win for my wife and a win for me they say.

You would get moved up in the cheapskate club Dave if you used their gas too.DavidBarkey wrote: ↑Thu Dec 08, 2022 6:05 am I got my member ship in the cheapskate club when they found out I don't own a weed wacker . I wait until someone brings one in for repairs . Then "test" it out on my yard . I have 2 acres .
No worries Gordy. Line was capped. Picture was taken after I just got done testing the washer and was in the process of putting the dryer back when i stopped for a pic. I'm no cheapskate when it comes to my family's well being.Gordy wrote:I assume you had to pull a gas dryer out of the way to work on the washer??
