Winter Prep 2022

Post by Timj »

Got a little more prepared today, put the blower on the 4118, will wait on the chains till snow.
Put a set of chains I had from a pickup truck on the 448, they're a little long. I kinda hate to cut them down. I'll have to figure something out. There is definitely less clearance to the fender from the side wall than the 4118.
The tractors got moved into their new winter home. Their previous space was taken over by my welding trailer and some other equipment.

I jockeyed alot of stuff around to make that space. Eventually it will all find its place, but there's been a lot of shuffling. Also want to get started on some work on that shed this winter so getting it somewhat cleared out will help.

Tim , if thy are 4 links chains . Deflate the tires , take some of these starting in centre of the chains and work out untill short enough . Make
sections 2 link spacing .

then reinflate . You may need to jip tie the links down as well .
