oh those onions

Post by DavidBarkey »

We grow onions very year along with all the other staple veggys . This year we bought a few bags og bulbs like usual . Before we got a chance to plant them one of my farmer clients gave me a flat of Spanish onions plugs he just got back from the green house that starts all his plant he doesn't direct sow . Well there is 200 plugs to a flat . Needless to say after I planted all those onion yesterday we should have about 300 onions this year. I hope thats enough . :O

Holy cow that’s a lot of onions! I’m thinking of Forest Gump but in stead of shrimp its onions!

Raw onion , diced onion, sautéd onion, caramelized onion,
French onion soup, creamed onion, baked onion, onion rings, onion dip, onion pie, onion relish, onion casserole ……….
