Try clearing browser cache
That is probably the issue. I have logged in on M's phone with no issue.

What ever it was with mine it fixed now .

@DavidBarkey I did not clear cache this 2:30 this afternoon. Instead I logged in on wife's phone. Now at 5:30 I cleared "history", not cache, and logged on with no problem.

I did nothing but get frustrated with it , closed the lid and walked away and weeded the garden . When I came back in , it just worked .

I couldn't log in for a while around midday from my phone, but seems normal now. 
thought it was probably my phone, then got busy for while. Worked when I came back. Must have been the little green men messing with us.

I had a similar problem about the same time trying to log from my computer. I came back about an hour later and was able to log in. I haven't had any problems since then.
