So for dinner today I had a ham and cheese sandwich, with lettuce, that I’m growing beside my step. Some good.

Very nice! I miss growing lettuce too. We did grow it two years ago and it lasted up until we had frost.

Things are growing. No potatoe bugs here,, yet. Getting about ten bugs or so every second day at one of the potatoe patches at my sons place. Should be a million baby bugs there within a week or so.
Tuna salad sandwiches, with lettuce, for supper tonite. Along with some left over chowder.

So far so good with potato bugs not seen any since the first few I killed off . Hopefully flipping the garden and letting the birds feast is working .

Plus the eggs from Dave's chicken have the best taste! Has to be the food they find in the garden too!
