For those of us trying to stay in or get back into shape . "Round" , although not always ideal is a shape . You know why mechanics have a "spare tire" , so they don't get flats .

Ha you almost got me again! Me and son just got done eating the last of the green beans and peas from the garden with some peppered Italian salami and cheese! I guess the trick is to look on here while I’m already eating!
