Reminds me of home when I was a kid. My mom canned or froze everything. We didn't know what canned in a can veggies were until we went to school. Then we got a rude awakening.
Definitely a lot of work, but this winter when it's snowing and blowing and your having a good meal, it will all be worth it.

You guy did a great job. It’s a lot of work but it sure is nice on those winter to go grocery shopping and never leave the house! I’m hoping we can to that point some day
