Seat Frame, etc.

So this section just has basic components for the seat frame. Remember these are for a 1987 446 so earlier models with metal tanks will not have the cut outs for fuel tank viewing. The only real change I made here is my move to stainless - yeah the hing pin is now stainless as are all the nuts, bolts, washers.
