Mini Grapple

Post by RoamingGnome »

Saw this on FB marketplace - thought I would share it here... If you started with the lift arm assembly for the snow/dirt blade it could be an interesting fab project and a little easier than making a complete loader assembly from scratch...

I can imagine my kids running around and squeezing things with that grapple. they'd totally love it.

I could see a little grapple like this being handy for wiggling through the forest if you bucked logs into a manageable 4' length,

Gerry's Shade Tree fab-shop also has intentions of making a log arch / trailer... for the 446 or the Samurai - Gotta find a way to give :wife: a mechanical advantage so she feels like she is helping out and being productive without turning her into a full on lumberjack :))

Sure would be handy. I could use a grabble now with the brush from the Fiona wood.
