Anything shipped from the US with UPS, or Fedex, or DHL you end up paying a large brokerage fee, which is why Bob mentioned USPS. With USPS when it arrives at the border Canada Post does the brokerage which is much cheaper.

It's annoying having to pay shipping, taxes and brokerage more than you pay for the item you buy.
