Looks like a Generac. Generac used to sell standalone engines without a tapered crankshaft. If you google Ingersoll 3427, you may be able to find the pics of a Generac 27hp engine installed in a custom Ingersoll tractor. I think I have pictures at home.

Onvi is what it reads on the front of the engine. I’ve never heard of them.

The Generac OHVI (Overhead Valve Industrial) engine is a durable, air-cooled motor specifically engineered for standby generators. This what I found , make sence .

It was sold when I checked today. I did notify the seller when I saw it and he mentioned it was set up for propane fuel, so it probably was a generator engine.
