New Toy for an engine guy!

Post by Harry »

I've always loved anything that runs on gasoline. From the earliest days of the walk behind lawnmower, lawn tractors and snowblowers, I was always tinkering with engines.
I've always pumped down the water for my pool with a electric submersible sump pump. I've never liked the idea of putting an electric motor underwater even if it is sealed. So today I picked up from C/L a Homelite Water Bug, 2 cycle engine powered water pump. The next time I need to pump water off the pool cover or empty the pool I'll be using this Homelite Water Bug. The pool liner needs to be replaced so next spring I'll be pumping off the water.
