The "experts" say it is a supply and demand . Well if we all said :cuss: , I am not starting it up unless really need to . I not going to supply them with my cash , I demand better pricing and scrap the carbon tax . :violin:

Had to take a trip yesterday downstate in MI. Diesel is $3.73 here. In metro Detriot $4.35. Makes me not want to go anywhere.

Well Janco,

Here in Coldwater, MI on Friday, diesel was $3.999 /gallon. 30 miles east of me in Jonesville, MI I bought diesel for $3.619 / gallon. Makes it tough to justify driving that far just to fill the tank. But if you are already on the road it certainly merits paying attention to the prices!

I even seen a all electric skid steer the other day on a video. Equal to 100 hp. Charging can be done with 110 volt ac, 230 volt ac or 3 phase. Can you imagine the bill to charge something like that on 110volts. :42: :109:

Solar, make your own electricity ;) Many places already have an EV road tax you pay yearly when you get your new license tabs. Here's a site on EV mileage tax.

https://www.myev.com/research/interesti ... on%20PHEVs.

Gas tax. I'm happy not to live in California, check out this map of state gas taxes and add the federal tax of $0.183 for gas and $0.243 for diesel per gallon :43:

What do the government and the mafia have in common? Answer; They both think the money in your wallet belongs to them.

What is the difference between the government and the mafia? Answer; The government passes laws to make it legal to forcibly take that money from you.

Did you lookup the price?

I saw a ad for Mean Green Mowers. They have a commercial zero turn (EVO-74) with 7-8 hours run time on a single charge.

https://meangreenproducts.com/

Spoiler alert! Don't look at the price list for the EVO-74 if you have a leak ticker ;)
