Santa brought me a 4500# winch for my new-to-me trailer. And a 3-in-1 hitch ball. (You permanently mount a special stud and you can instantly install an 1 7/8", a 2" , or a 2 5/16" ball onto the stud. So you don't have to carry around 3 different hitch adapters) And a replacement Ryobi 18V hammer drill. (New old stock. NOT BRUSHLESS. I'm beginning to form the opinion that brushless tools don't hold up well in the long haul.) And a set of caliper centerline jaw adapters.

Am I the only one who's struggling harder and harder to find gift items that are both desireable and remotely affordable? I guess I have everything...

LOL

Gordy wrote: Sun Dec 26, 2021 11:27 am I don't have one of those chargers. But it should be good as it looks like 4 chargers in 1. Unlike the ones I have that claim to maintain up to 4 batteries by hooking them up in parallel to the charges 1 set of wires.

I connected the charger this morning to four tractor batteries still in the tractor that are located in an unheated area of my shop. I just went out and checked the status of the four batteries and two were fully charged and in standby mode. The other two were still charging which was understandable. I also had my wife purchase two 10' extension cables, so the charger clamp cables would reach the tractors. This causes a voltage drop and charge at a slower rate, which was explained in the instructions. I'll keep checking the charger and let you know how it is working.

@thebuildist Your not alone , most of us get to a point where the only thing we really want are the things we have not been able to afford , don't have room for , or are out of reach for some reason .

Put a cowboy hat on it and you have the farmer driving the tractor .
