Hehe. As a child, around 8-10 years old, my neighbor friend across the street had an uncle who was born on leap day. Every time he came over, we would tell him he had to listen to us due to the fact that we were older because he was only 6-7 leap years old. I think he was in his thirty's at the time. Lol

13 leap years, 4 days, 12.5 hours. I almost waited but nature had other plans.
