We used to haul trailer loads of rounds off the mountain that didn't quite reach that lofty level, but they were round, it's a mountain, and it's rocky as hell... Still amazes me those loads stayed put. That trailer pushed the 8N down those logging roads, making things quite the adventure when the roads got a little greasy. I honestly don't recall ever loosing more than a single round or two, though we must have at some point. Never stacked the splits on the trailer... They either went in a loader to the stacks, or up an elevator to be stacked on the Diamond T to haul back to NJ, and then stacked... Either way, there's always an awful lot of stacking when playing the firewood game...

Wood cutting today. Woo hoo. So cut some 8’ logs into blocks, moved the blocks to the splitting pile with the pickaroons, hooked the trailer to the MF 16, backed the trailer to the splitting pile, split some wood an put it into trailer. Then used the MF 7 to cut grass. Lowered the deck and blew all the cut grass away from the house. Might help keep the mice away. That was my day.

More wood bark and chips clean up today. MF and Ferguson tractors to the rescue. MF 12,14 and 16 plus the TEA20 Ferguson tractors all helped with the clean up. Used the MF 16 with mowing deck to cut some grass and ruffle up the dirt. Cleaned up alright. Some nice to have tractors. 👍🏻🇨🇦

To bad I couldn’t use the Case tractors :pullhair:
