We have a local tractor show every year. I haven’t been since 2019. I’m planning to go this Saturday afternoon and stay for the tractor pulls Saturday night. It’s a small show but a lot of fun! A good friend of mine is displaying his first tractor this year. I’ll try to get some pictures of the event and share them with you all. Here’s a random picture from 2019.

Just got home from the show. We had a good time and visited with a lot of folks we hadn’t see in a while. I have to apologize to you guys though. There has always been a good showing of garden tractors, and I was really looking forward to getting some pictures but none of them showed up this year. I have no idea why.
I did get some pictures from around the show though.
This Case 830 has been here at every event we have come to for years. I can’t believe there selling it. $6500
There was all manor of farm equipment.
Including a Coop which is a rarity around here. Son had to check it out.
A good friend of mine has a son just out of high school. He has the tractor bug and this is his first tractor.
Some interesting Ford doodle bugs.
Here’s a sharp looking International 200
They had 3 steam engines working this year.

Field of Farmall. Including a nice example of a M with corn picker and a Vintage thrasher.

Here’s a few more pictures
Some shots of one of the engines doing some night work on a Baker fan.
Hope you all enjoyed the show. Sorry the garden tractors guys didn’t come, maybe next year.

When you said you're going I was going to say I'm looking forward to seeing pictures from the show. Well, thank you for taking us along. That is a show I'd have enjoyed. I bet the sound of the steam tractors is something else.

I haven’t experienced anything yet that compares to steam power. The sight, sound, and smell of a steam engine working is really something. We all have our favorite tractors but these are unique beasts! I’m glad they have survived and are still working!

I wonder if this could be a future picture of
@Eugen once he gets that diesel engine in his new tractor?

It's no use. I tried to show
@Eugen the beauty of what could be, but he'd rather have a loader that "runs and drives" or some other blather.
I don't get it.

If I'm gonna pick an alternative power it's gonna be steam!

@thebuildist Well keep working on him, he may come around!
@Eugen It my take awhile to get it fired up in the morning, but once you build a head of steam you’ll never run out of torque!
