Our flight from Edinburgh was routed around the storm, adding over 1-1/ 2 hours to our flight time. The connecting flight to Toronto was also delayed and was still at the gate, but boarding closed. Our next connection is supposed to be at10:45pm. This is turning into a long day. We have an hour drive after landing in Toronto.
I didn't find any Case gt's in the UK.

In some areas of WNY they got a lot of rain in a short period of time. In my neck if the woods it sprinkled on and off most of the day. Less than .5” of rain which just made it very humid.

Well here is the local long range weather forecast. I came across a persimmon tree and had a look at the seeds.
As the wives tail goes if the inside of the seed is a knife the winter will be bitter cold. If it’s a fork it will be mild. A spoon means a lot of snow. Looks like the persimmons are calling for snow 
I guess we’ll see how accurate they are!
