Time to get a horse Dave!

My :wife: :122: made her signature pasta with smoked salmon alfredo sauce. All ingredients were really old and not from the garden but it tasted good. Looking forward to eat a fresh tomato from the garden!

Must've been really good Tim, it looks so! Haven't grilled on coal for a long time myself. Can't seem to find the energy or patience for that anymore :(

I haven't used our gas grill since we moved to the farm 19 years ago, it's been sitting in the shed. I cleaned it up a couple years ago and burned it off for during the week when in a hurry but haven't used it. Coal definitely takes extra time. If you have it, it's a good time for a :drink: . I'm using more lump charcoal instead of briquettes. It burns hotter and longer than most briquettes. Learning the ins and outs.
Yes, it was good, and have some leftovers.

Never tried smoking with bbq, and that's something I'd like to try. Must've been yummy!
