Re: storage solutions
It's nice to be organized, sure saves time. Dave.
The best I can do at the time is try to keep like things grouped together.

Re: storage solutions
I have been like that for years , but the time off this winter has given me the opportunity to get more organised. Thanks in part to some donations of hd shelving units .

Re: storage solutions
Looks great Dave, your shop starts looking like you're about to record a show on small engine and auto repair! Good stuff and inspiring!

Re: storage solutions
I have alot of spray cans of sorts and oils, fluids. I also have a few 8'x8'x2' 5 shelf steel racks. There was a few old plywood book cases in the basement of our house when we bought it. I chopped of of them up and made this built in drawer box on one of the shelves. It's bolted down to the shelf and has some heavy duty drawer glides. Makes it alot easier to see the selection when i need it. I would like to make some more of these to hold the rest of my fluids like 2 cycle oil jugs, antifreeze, and other 1 gallon containers. Tired of digging through what I have.

I like the drawers My biggest pet peeve with shelves is stuff getting pushed to the back and essentially lost
