The European elderberry

It's ground engaging time. Seeds, manure, soil, and everything that goes with them. But that's not all. Cutting and hauling wood, chainsaws and the works!

Well, some people add a little yeast. You know, yeast + sugar + water = booze. Does flavour even matter?

It's that time of year again, our elderberry bush has bloomed and my wife has made the cider again. Tastes amazing!

Elderberry bush flowers ready to be harvested.

Emptied the large jar in bottles. It sat out in the sun for a few days.

A little bubbly and sweet and sour with a subtle taste of elderberry flowers!

There really isn’t anything like enjoying something you grew and harvested. It just seems to taste a little better. Well done @Eugen !
