Re: Happy St. Paddy's Day to ya all!
They need a head start as they are still partying on the 17th with the rest of us . That comes straight from an old Newfy friend of mine from years back .

Re: home hiller
I really like your hiller Dave! How wide do the hills end up being? I have plans to build something like that, got two large discs from a guy near Brantford. I'm thinking 4 feet between hills. It makes them about 18" wide at the base and 6-8" tall . I try to keep them about 24" betwe...

home hiller
Our property has a slight grade from back down to front with a 6-8' drop over 400 ' . We run our hiller side to side in the garden to aid it moister retention reducing run off as we are very sandy here . It works great . The hardest thing is keeping straight lines as I had never driven a tractor unt...

Re: Woke up again this morning
We're back to -4c 25f. At least it's sunny. I haven't used my motorcycle since last year. Found the new front tire flat, the bead came off. This front tire was quite a pain to put on. Had to do both the strap trick and lighter fluid trick to get the bead on last year. Looks like I have to do it aga...

Re: Cold Weather Starting??
I have never had a problem starting Frankie in the winter. That being said it has a P220 welder generator engine with electronic ignition which gives a stronger spark than points . In summer I run 15w40 deisel oil and in winter I mix the 15w40 with 10w30 synthetic 50/50 . When it gets really cold th...
