Re: The weather

This past week I’ve been on Captiva Island in Florida. The weather has been sunny and in the high 60’s to low 70’s. This is near Ft. Myers where two years ago hurricane Ian came through and devastated the area. It’s in the process of rebuilding but you can see a lot of damage still. I return home i...

Re: Pictures: this moment

Jb weld works good for a lot of things. Stopping a gas leak not so much??? Sadly, whoever did this didn't even stop the leak. A recent purchase (park model trailer) at an rv campground. I'm in the process of a renovation on it, and look what I find. I'm glad this was an easy fix. https://uploads.tap...

Re: The good the bad and the ugly

B block has thicker valve stems
B valve stems are 11/32. ( .343 )
P valve stems are close to 9/32 ( .280 )
I don't hear of b blocks loosing a valve seat. Just p blocks. They changed to thinner valve stems and the valves couldn't carry the heat enough?

B block with p heads. B blocks had better valves and seats. Build from there with 20hp cam. Use p ignition. If I were to build one that is.

Re: Paint Ideas

Yes I would paint it like a late model 4000 but red tower. How do you guys think that would look?

Re: snow caster mods.

Had to replace my chute rotator motor the other day. I was fooling around trying to build a big hill of snow for the kids by placing all my snow from my large drive into one area. It's been bitter cold and had some ice jambs on the chute coil. A few times out blowing had to chip away at the ice agai...

Re: Needs a project??

All you guys talking about kinks in your necks makes me want to build a tractor with a blower on the rear but also turn the seat and steering wheel around. Now, no more kinks in your neck. Problem solved? @Spike188 how is your neck feeling this winter?

Re: Paint Ideas

Looks great CaseIngersollNE. Question with all of your paint jobs... have you done a paint scheme with a black frame but painted the tower potion power red to match the rest of the tractor?. My 4016ps I want to paint this way but haven't seen one painted this way. Sent from my SM-S906U using Tapatalk

Re: How many years you got with Case tractors?!

Some of you guys have some interesting stories. Mine came about in 2006ish? I just had moved into my future wife and I first house. I had a Murry rider, and my neighbor had a case 448. Snow season was around the corner and he ended up snow blowing my place faster than I could basically make one dece...
