Looks like a 3 digit tractor and deck with a 4 digit hood. The deck is left hand discharge and the tractor has a manual PTO.

Re: Deal of the day

Harry it's a lot easier to run the MTD style blower on a 3 digit tractor since the engine rotation is in the correct direction. On a 4 digit, you would have to find a way to reverse the belt direction.

Re: Laid up

You might try some basic stretches/exercises. Seems to help in my case. Youtube has tons of videos on this subject. Another thing that helps is a good supportive pair of shoes. Worn out shoes can cause pain from your feet to you upper back. I've got some Brooks Beast 20 shoes. They are good and supp...

Re: There she blows, a 4016 oil leak

image.png You can tell the 4016 has a belly pan because of the grass build up on the perforated side panels. Looks like about 40% of your panel is covered. Without the belly pan I get about 10%. Maybe you need to stop periodically and clean the grass off the panel. How does the heat exchanger under...

Re: There she blows, a 4016 oil leak

Looks good Eugene. Maybe consider adding a second hydraulic cooler? AFAIK the plastic belly pan is no longer available. My 2001 4016 doesn't have one. MattA, Not sure where you obtained your information. The original part number for the manual steering tractors was C31369, we have 7 in stock. There...

Bob - I'm probably going to order a belly pan now that I know they are in stock.
