Good everyone's enjoying the day.
Today we checked out a BBQ restaurant about 15min from here. Pulled pork was decent. Yesterday we stopped at the Valley Railroad in Essex Connecticut for a quick train ride. This is where I ran the steam locomotive about three years ago. The locomotive I ran was ...

Re: garden planting

The pink forks will come out in the next week or so. I needed to mark the locations for watering and to help keep the ...

Re: garden planting
This spring I planted four forsythia bushes and expanded the bed down the side of the house and around back to the deck. The girls and I planted sunflowers at about 15 locations last week and all locations are growing. Hoping to get some mulch down this week.

Re: Cleaning shop by getting rid of the other tractors.
Sure feels good to clean out the garage especially that much space
Good luck with the backhoe. I've seen a few 4000 series tractors for sale recently with the backhoe transaxle.

Re: New flat top griddle insert
Is that a drain port for oil in the lower left of the griddle? That seems like it would be a fire issue without the flavorizer bars to shield the direct flame.
Yes that's a drain port. The griddle also came with handles for removal which I didn't install. The handles curve in and would be in the ...

Re: New flat top griddle insert
Between the crappy weather and long days in the office + the long commute due to the highway bridge failure, I haven't used it that much. I ended up putting the flavorizer bars back in the grill to help spread the heat out even though the flat top manufacturer recommended taking them out. I'm still ...

Re: Very wet weather
Sucks here too. Temps went from high 60's/low 70's to 90's for a few days and now its 50's and 60's. 48 tonight, high of 56 tomorrow and rain all day. It's been a cold dry spring here. I'm not having much luck getting new grass growing.
