Re: Cockshutt Garden tractors in Canada

Jacobsen made them for White, who owned Minneapolis Moline, Oliver, and Cockshutt and the garden tractors were sold under all 4 brands as far as I know. They also made the Ford GT's which is somewhat unrelated I suppose.

Re: Casegardentractorparts.com

I think I’ve bought from all the dealers on the forums and Facebook. All good people haven’t had a bad experience with anybody.

LOL remember I already have the 7020 here so I can use that to justify not needing the 646 [emoji38]

No the 4020’s in Canada are as scarce has hens teeth, you’d have better luck finding a Massey 320GTX I think and they are far from common themselves. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I think you got the ONLY Massey 320GTX that Canada has ever seen!!! :highfive:  [emoji1787][emoji1787] you m...

Re: Erin, Ontario, 1978 Case 444 with deck and snowcaster $1300CAD

The Onan on my 446 is a beast. In fact I was kinda concerned that the 14HP would not cut it for garden duty. The 644 put all my concerns to rest. We don't see the likes of 4020 around here like :usa: so I might just stay with the 14HP Kohler for as long as I can. No the 4020’s in Canada are as scar...

Re: Nova Scotia, 646 and tiller $2000

Well this one came up for sale again, I had thought I took a screenshot but I didn't, oops. Still in NS, this time in Old Barns. Fella named Lee had it for sale. Still all the same problems as before but now included a little 2cyl Kubota diesel not installed and a tractor seat, also not installed. P...

Re: Erin, Ontario, 1978 Case 444 with deck and snowcaster $1300CAD

I like the Onan's just as long as I don't have to buy any parts for them, the Kohler tractors are a lot cheaper to fix, and easier to work on. I met an older fella one time he had a couple 446's, one he had replaced the 16hp Onan with a K341 Kohler, he seemed to be much more satisfied with that. The...

Re: Loader Build

Actually stumbled across the video's the other night and watched them. I left a comment on the latest one, to which you replied. Anyway figured I'd stop in here and see if you weren't a member before I shared the video links here myself, sure enough you are.

Great build, keep them coming.

Re: New lathe

Nice lathe, I’ve seen the Craftex lathes at Busy Bee Tools they don’t look all that bad. I have a 11x20 Logan I think that size or near it would be about as small as I’d want to have. There is plenty of times I wish I had something a little bigger with a bit more umph. Sent from my iPhone using Tapa...
