Matt , because the idle mixture screw is in such a place . If were I , I would back it out an extra 1/8 of a turn from where it was . A little richer is always better than a little lean .

Does it snap back hard when key is turned on ? Is it coming all the way back ? You have cleaned the jets so many times with out a lot of success , I am thinking there is something else going on . We have 32 row in our vegggy patch . about half way planted now with the early stuff . Potatoes, onions, cabbage, carrots ,beets, broccoli , caulie flower , spinach ,lettuce , kale.
