Looks good. Did you get those linkages from the hemlock case guy? Let us know how they work. I replaced my oem travel linkage with the oem part probably 4-5 years ago and it's already sloppy.

Well I've been busy helping friends with their construction projects, but I found some time to work on my 446. DSCF0938.JPG

While trying to bring my 446 up to a good condition, I realize how many parts are worn to the extreme. IMO looks like it will need a lot of money. But if you have a stash of good parts it will definitely be a project ...

Harry I see you have only 5 Case GT's, you might want to round that number up one. I know I would give it a look over given the chance.

I never searched google but you may find forums dedicated to each brand of generators you have.

My only experience with generators was when I bought one from a guy who was parting out an old motor home. His add said it was in working condition so I brought it home and tried to turn it over by hand. No go wouldn't budge.

Im thinking your talking about the ones that bolt the gear halves together in the rear end.
On my 648 and 446 I just inspected them and made sure they were tight.

I think you can just see them on the left on the big gear.
If I remember there are 4 of them ...
