Ready to mow
spring has been slow coming here but I'm finally ready to mow. Got the 4118 ready to go tonight, oil change, sharpened blades, and deck on, ready to go. Sorry no pics.

Re: Ready to mow
Springs been slow here too. I've been mowing about a month now. I left my hydravac off and I'm using your blow the grass onto the grass your mowing next approach. It seems to mulch up the grass good as long as the grass isn't really thick and tall. I used to blow the clippings where I've already mowed. Saves me up to 2hrs vs installing my bagger, mowing, dumping the bags way too many times and removing the bagger.

Re: Ready to mow
I might do ours this week. The Case 224 is what I’ll use. May make a video of that. Grass long in places and not in other places. But near time to even it all out.
15C today and 20C tomorrow. But rain all weekend.

Re: Ready to mow
Well, weather people wrong again, so no rain. Mostly sunny today. So mowed grass at my sons place. MF16 was used.

Re: Ready to mow
So I did cut the grass the other evening with the Case 224 and newly repaired deck. All worked great. I did do a video of it. Here’s a few pictures. I’ll see if I can post the video. Can’t remember how to do that.

Hehe. We'll see if this works. If it does I wish I could remember how I did it. Hehe. Jumpins my memory is some bad.

Re: Ready to mow
Jumpins the video worked. Any way, more grass cutting today at my sons place. MF16 and maybe a MF7 will be on the job today. But could be a Yardworks tin tractor being used instead of the MF7. Will see what happens.
Have a great weekend.

Re: Ready to mow
Nice job Noel.
I got home a little early last night, it had been a long week. It was a nice unwinding to get on the tractor and cut some grass.
