Here are a couple pics of my electric chute controls. I used an electric seat motor for the chute rotator and a linear actuator for the chute deflector. Both are controlled by separate three position momentary switches, that are mounted below dashboard on right hand side. Harry

My controls are very similar to Harry's liniar actuator and wiper motor and same controls . If you have to change direction a lot , electric is the only way to go . Imo
